Community support
Thanks for your interest in Interislander community support. We’re excited to be supporting some great initiatives in our regions.
Connecting communities across Aotearoa New Zealand
At Interislander, supporting the communities we connect is part of who we are. Our community support programme offers travel vouchers that make it easier for groups to fundraise, take part in events, or celebrate achievements.
Our support focuses on the following three key pillars that reflect who we are and the role we play across the motu.
Environmental action
Caring for Aotearoa’s environment
We support groups leading environmental projects such as planting days, community clean ups, restoration work, waste reduction initiatives, and environmental education.
Our travel vouchers help bring more people together to look after our whenua.
Youth travel and education
Inspiring the next generation
We’re here to reduce barriers for young people exploring, learning, and connecting across Aotearoa. This support is available for schools, sports teams, youth development programmes, and outdoor education groups.
Adventure and exploration
Celebrating the outdoors together
We back groups that help communities get outside and enjoy active recreation. This includes outdoor clubs, community events, adventure programmes, and recreation initiatives that encourage discovery and connection.
