New passenger vehicle marshalling area at Wellington Terminal
From Monday evening, 4 December 2023, when you arrive at Wellington terminal to board your Interislander ferry, you’ll be directed to the new passenger vehicle marshalling yard. Follow the pink road markings and signs.
You won’t be able to leave the marshalling yard until it’s time to board the ferry – this is for your safety, with construction underway in the terminal precinct. We will be looking after you while you wait, with amenities including vending machines available 24x7 with snacks and cool drinks, a motorcycle shelter, toilets and a pet exercise area.
