At Interislander, we're part of the community and are proud to support events and fundraising activities across our region. We donate over $75,000 worth of travel vouchers for community support every year.

Travel vouchers for fundraising

We support communities in our backyard by donating travel vouchers for raffles or to be used in fundraising campaigns by organisations such as schools, sports teams, and charities.

Please note that we prioritise applications from organisations in Interislander’s backyard – the Greater Wellington Region, Manawatu, Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough.

We will not consider applications from:

  • Individuals or families
  • Political advocacy or religiously affiliated organisations
  • Events, activities or fundraisers which involve danger or risk or for harmful or detrimental products or substances.
  • Overseas organisations projects or activities

In addition to the above, Interislander may decline support for any reason it considers relevant at its sole discretion.

All applications need to be received no less than two months before your event fundraiser date. They'll be reviewed at the end of the month they're received in, and a decision will be made by the 15th of the following month. You'll be notified by email if you have been successful.
